Joseph Emmons MRICS, PQS, GSC has over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of Construction Cost Consulting, Estimating and Project Management in Residential, Commercial and Institutional Construction practices. He currently holds his designation and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is also a Professional Quantity Surveyor with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (CIQS), and the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors (OIQS). Mr. Emmons is responsible for preparing budget estimates, construction budgets, value engineering, ongoing cost control and financial project monitoring and project management. I enjoy working closely with my clients to ensure complete satisfaction with each project I am involved with.

"Joe I just wanted to reach out and thank you and your team for a fantastic home building experience, we've been in the home for just over 2 years. Your teams flexibility and willingness to work with us as we navigated the concept, design and build truly made something my wife and I thought would be difficult very enjoyable. We had decided to move from a home we had been in for 10 years and had been looking a what was on he market, we just couldn't find something that hit all our requirements so we thought we would investigate the building option. We found a 3 acre parcel off of Fair Grounds Road in Orillia we liked and so we started talking with Joe about a build. Many of our assumptions and what friends told us were completely wrong, Joe was very good at explaining he process and how it happens, he also explained that from start to finish it would be 4 months, he was right, nailed the close date and gave us the keys as promised. The oversight of the trades was done very well and everyone from our perspective did a good job. As we had questions while watching the project we received answers right away and in a way we could understand. I would use Joe and his team again without hesitation if I was to build again and in fact I have them working on designing a shop that ties into the look of the house and proportioned to the site.
